Easy Returns and Exchanges:

iSnorkel.com is committed to your satisfaction.  We want to make it easy to return or exchange your items so you can feel confident shopping with us.

Products are accepted for exchange or refund within 30 days of your original purchase. We accept returns of products in new (saleable) condition, with all original packaging and tags included (we can re-attach tags here if they came off while you were trying on your item). For hygienic reasons, swimsuits are not returnable, and snorkels and mouthpieces can be returned only if the packaging is unopened. Neoprene and lycra products can be returned in unused condition. Please follow the instructions on the return form when packaging your items for return to avoid damage in transit.

You can use any of the following options for returns or exchanges (you do not need to get pre-authorization from Customer Service):

Quick Exchange:

For fastest service, call us toll-free at 888-855-7558 and tell us what items you want shipped out right away. We'll process a new direct order for you and ship it out by the next business day (or the same day, in many cases). You can also place a new web order and we'll process it quickly. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original items less shipping.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Shipments:

We insure all shipments for the sales price of the items enclosed. If there is a problem with the items in your shipment (whether you believe it is defective or damaged in shipping, or if it looks like we made a mistake in the shipment or there are items missing), please call us toll-free at 888-855-7558 as soon as possible. You must contact us regarding damaged, defective, or incomplete shipments no later than 2 calendar days after delivery. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING or broken pieces as these may be required for us to process a claim with the shipping company.

Whether it was our mistake, or a problem caused by our vendor or the shipping company, we will fix the problem at no additional cost to you, and file any appropriate damage or warranty claims on your behalf.

Exchange or Return by mail (US customers):

  1. Complete the returns/exchanges section on your order packing slip, or download our Return and Exchange Form from our website.
  2. Securely package your merchandise, making sure to follow the packing directions for wetsuits shown on the return form, so that we receive it undamaged and can give you full credit. Do NOT pack neoprene items tightly - these items should fit comfortably in the package without being compressed. You may use the original packaging if it can be securely re-sealed.
  3. Attach the paper address label that was included with your order to the package, or attach your own, to ship it to the returns address: iSnorkel.com Returns, 4816 Jackson Road Suite D, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. Please note that this is not a prepaid return label; you will need to apply postage.
  4. Return the item using your chosen carrier - US Priority Mail or First Class Mail usually offers the lowest cost but is not trackable. Insurance is recommended in case your return is lost or damaged in transit.

Exchange or Return by International customers:

  1. Complete the returns/exchanges section on your order packing slip, or download our Return and Exchange Form from our website.
  2. Follow the instructions for US customers above, except that you must ship your return by surface or airmail. Because international transit and customs times can be long, we recommend you place a new order for replacement items and then return items you do not want, instead of requesting an exchange on your return form.
  3. You are responsible for filing the appropriate documentation in your country for any adjustments or refunds of customs duties or import fees that may be available for returned merchandise.

Warranty Procedures:

iSnorkel.com is an authorized dealer of the products we sell.  As such, we honor manufacturer's warranties, which vary by product and manufacturer.  If at any time after purchase, you believe you've received a defective product, you may return it for warranty evaluation.  As appropriate, the product may be repaired or replaced according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
